Our restaurant has been a favourite gathering place for over 40 years - a place where quality, tradition and location meet. Our kitchen serves up delicious dishes based on seasonal local produce, and the menu offers something for both seafood lovers and meat lovers. We also have our own children's menu.

Elva Bistro is named after the canal that runs right past the windows - a canal that both unites and shapes Flekkefjord. It has been witness to both industry and adventure, and today it forms the setting for a culinary gem.

In summer, you can watch wooden boats chugging past while you enjoy fresh seafood and cold drinks. In autumn and winter, we let ourselves be impressed by the forces of nature outside, while you sit safely and warmly inside with something good in your glass.

For an extra special experience, try our Afternoon Tea. Here you'll find delicious little sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and cookies that melt in your mouth - all served with carefully selected tea.

We also offer wine and beer tastings - perfect for those of you who have an hour before you're due to sit down to enjoy dinner!
